OUR PARTNERS

We are grateful to the following organizations for providing guidance and resources during the founding of the North Carolina Soil Health Coalition and for offering on-going support.

South Dakota Soil Health Coalition:  The South Dakota Soil Health Coalition is a producer-led 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 2015 to provide additional soil health education and outreach throughout the state of South Dakota. The Coalition’s mission is to promote improved soil health in South Dakota.

The Minnesota Soil Health Coalition is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization led by an elected Board, made up of Minnesota agricultural producers. The Minnesota Soil Health Coalition was founded in 2019 by producers implementing soil health practices who understood the importance of a producer-driven, producer-led soil health organization in Minnesota to provide information, support, and networking.

The Kansas Soil Health Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farmer and rancher led organization formed in 2021 to provide practical information, resources, and events on soil improvement/soil health that can be used on farms and ranches in all 105 Kansas counties.

Amazing Grazing is a pasture-based livestock educational initiative that began at CEFS’ Field Research and Outreach Facility at Cherry Farm in Goldsboro and has developed into a statewide program. The program includes producer workshops, interagency advisor workshops, and research and demonstration projects.
