Join us on Tuesday, June 4th at 8pm for our June Soil Health Hour with Jack Middleton, Farm Operations Manager for Fat Mountain Farms in Columbus County! Jack has a unique perspective as a first-generation farmer that is using regenerative practices to produce pasture raised chicken, eggs, and grass-fed lamb. Jack learned under Joel Salatin and has successfully grown Fat Mountain Farms by reaching new customers through social media and online sales.

Jack will join us to explain the regenerative systems their farm uses and to share lessons learned about expanding and serving their customers. We look forward to hearing experiences and questions from your farm during the meeting!
